Handcrafted vs. milled log homes
It is not a question of which style is better, as much as it is a matter of personal taste (and budget). Typically, handcrafted log homes are more expensive than milled (round) log homes but the look of handcrafted custom log homes (see examples) is distinctive and demand has been increasing.
