Log Home Company Wins National Award for Best in Design

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis., Nov. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Building Systems Council of the National Association of Home Builders has long been the nexus for the best designs emerging from the housing industry. The Building Systems Council announced the winners of its annual Excellence in Marketing & Home Design Awards competition during last week's Building Systems Council's SHOWCASE event in Miami, FL.

The award winning home has been recently featured in numerous national home shelter publications, and will be featured in the December issue of American Dream Homes Magazine.

Built on Lake Petenwell, Wisconsin, Golden Eagle Log Homes and Country's Best Log Homes Magazine teamed to design and construct the log home. The home boasts more than 5,500 square feet of living space, characterized by the latest in technology and interior design.
